Building the leading tag-management application for Shopify, now serving 300+ stores. Validated the idea using Lean Startup techniques and grew the initial POC into a full SaaS product. Responsible for every software aspect — cloud architecture, software architecture, tech stack, and feature implementation.

Led the Azure User Group Bulgaria for about 3 years — organizing meetups, talks, and resources for the local cloud community.

Managed the division responsible for innovation, working directly with the company CTO. Created the process for gathering and evaluating ideas for new products using Lean Startup, Jobs-to-be-Done, and Outcome-Driven Innovation — building a micro-startup ecosystem inside the company. Coached idea owners, joined initiatives, and talked with potential clients to validate concepts.

Responsible for the growth and career paths of my engineering team and for deploying engineers to projects based on their skills and development goals. As an architect, set up technical teams at the start of new client engagements and advised multiple projects as a consultant.

Architected and planned the migration of a legacy system to a modern, event-driven solution aligned with the company’s future goals — then assembled the team and executed on the plan.

One of four people invited to set up the technical team for a US company’s Remote Development Center in Bulgaria. Hired top talent and led teams. Understood existing systems across C#, JavaScript, and Java, then created a plan to migrate and incorporate them into the new platform.

A software development and design firm defined by its passion for building software the right way. As founder and CTO, responsibilities ranged from pre-sales with clients to architecting solutions, leading teams, and hands-on implementation.

Co-led the team responsible for Telerik’s WPF & Silverlight products including RadPivotGrid and RadPivotFieldList. Worked on OLAP support for RadPivotGrid (XMLA and Adomd).

Worked on WPF and Silverlight components — RadGridView, RadTreeListView, RadDataPager, and data-management & input components — and built/maintained the build & test infrastructure for both product lines.

Contributed to Telerik’s WPF and Silverlight component suite and supported the build and test infrastructure for the WPF and Silverlight product lines.

Taught "Cloud Computing with Microsoft Azure" and "Tackling Software Complexity with Domain-Driven Design" — bringing real-world engineering practice into the classroom.
